Michelin - Integrations - Global Workday Implementation

Worked with Venture Capitalist firm to set in motion an OLTP with companion OLAP database in Microsoft Azure with production and financial data from 10 Cloud-based Saas Companies from the Vacation Space acquired in August of 2019.

· Designed a strategy and tools to successfully facilitate ETL of all historical data from each company for combined analysis and reporting with monthly data updates to follow.

· Modeled and created data infrastructure and Stored Procedure to generate reports.

· Worked with Consulting firm, Shea to prepare datasets and analysis to support each Companies financials to develop a portfolio

· Developed and Executed a data integration strategy for for Conversion of Legacy PeopleSoft System to Workday Including: ·

Payroll (ADP)

· Time and Attendance (Kronos, TAS, internal Legacy system) ·

Benefits (Occupational Health, Liberty Mutual Long and Reed Group short term LOA)

· Work with SMEs in North America, outside vendors, internal developers in France and system integrator IBM to clarify and illustrate requirements · Cost-Benefit Analysis and ROI of required changes and workarounds · Data Mapping and Configuration ·

Testing - Created test plans, scenarios, scripts, and compare/evaluate results · Worked with internal team and external vendors to orchestrate full cycle integration file transfer to the downstream systems and back.

Design and development of SQL Server automated testing tool for Workday payroll implementations.

System Used to:

· Generate comparison of legacy to Workday Data to verify transformations for 200,000+ employees for Bank of America Workday Payroll Implementation and others clients to follow

· Designed Developed and Implemented the SQL Server Solution (SSMS)

· Produce reporting, metrics, and analytics

· Managed Project

· Created Functional and Technical Documentation, SOPS and Training Materials

· Trained Analysts in Mumbai and Krakow to provide 7x24 Testing Capability.
